Al Vermeil – Former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Bulls of the NBA. Coach Vermeil has six NBA championship rings, as well as a Super Bowl ring as the strength coach for the San Franciso 49’ers, making him the most successful strength coach in professional sports. Al also has experience working in Major League Baseball.

Steve Larsen – 2006 Winter Olympian – Four-Man Bobsleigh. Steve is currently training with Fast4 staff to prepare for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC. He is aiming for the podium in both the two-man and four-man bobsleigh events. Steve was also the BC 100m champion from 2003 to 2005, and was a standout running back in BC Junior Football.
