In this episode of the SPS Performance Concepts Chat, Derek M. Hansen of StrengthPowerSpeed.com speaks with Brett Bartholomew on his soon to be released book, “Conscious Coaching.” The conversation begins with Brett’s experiences as a young athlete and a profound event in his life that changed his perspective on health, fitness and his general outlook on life. Brett then talks about his early development as a coach and the circumstances that led him to develop his craft in greater depth and enthusiasm for reasons of both necessity and self-sufficiency. He also touches on the relationships that he has developed with the athletes that he works with on a daily basis and the reasons why they gravitate toward him as a coach and, ultimately, a friend.
All of these experiences have culminated into his philosophy on coaching, and we are grateful to have a special preview of the book, “Conscious Coaching”, in our conversations with Brett Bartholomew.
More information on Brett Bartholomew can be found at his website at www.BartholomewStrength.com. You can also follow him on social media on Twitter at twitter.com/Coach_BrettB and on Instagram instagram.com/coach_brettb.
Brett’s book, Conscious Coaching, will be released on March 11th, 2017 and available on Amazon.com and www.consciouscoachingbook.com.
